1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BSG Infra platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including clients (renters), vendors (equipment providers), and visitors.

2. Description of Service

BSG Infra operates an online marketplace that connects construction equipment vendors with clients seeking to rent equipment. The Platform facilitates equipment listing, discovery, booking, and communication between parties. BSG Infra acts as an intermediary and is not the owner or operator of listed equipment.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Vendor accounts require admin verification before gaining full access to the Platform.
BSG Infra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must provide accurate equipment information, including specifications, availability, pricing, and condition.
Vendors must hold valid GST registration and provide accurate tax information.
Equipment listed must be properly maintained, safe for operation, and comply with applicable safety regulations.
Vendors must respond to booking requests in a timely manner.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage for their equipment.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must use rented equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws.
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear.
Clients must return equipment on the agreed-upon date and in the condition received.
Clients must provide accurate project location and contact information for deliveries.

6. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to equipment availability and vendor confirmation.
Pricing is set by individual vendors and may vary. BSG Infra charges a platform commission on transactions.
Cancellation policies may vary by vendor. Please review individual listing terms before booking.
BSG Infra is not responsible for disputes between vendors and clients regarding equipment condition, delivery, or service quality.

7. Platform Commission

BSG Infra charges a commission on completed transactions. The commission rate is communicated to vendors at the time of registration and may be updated with prior notice. Vendors agree to the applicable commission rate by listing equipment on the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform, including logos, text, and software, are the property of BSG Infra. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

BSG Infra provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. BSG Infra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, equipment malfunction, project delays, or disputes between users.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

BSG Infra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
